For those interested in where our coffee comes from, we proudly serve beans from Missing Bean Coffee Roasters, an independent Oxford-based company that has been sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee since 2009. Their commitment to ethical sourcing, direct trade relationships, and environmental responsibility ensures every cup is crafted with care from farm to café. While many cafés in Cornwall serve the same local roasts, we've chosen something a little different – a rare find in the area that we believe produces some of the best coffee around.
